Thank you so much for your response to the recent Sequoyah Foundation\PTA Survey of Recent Initiatives. We had a overwhelming 66% of Sequoyah families participating as well as staff! We appreciate so much your time in letting us know your thoughts regarding the Spanish, Science Lab, Technology, and Teaching Assistant Initiatives. This information is very valuable to us as we make plans for the coming year and beyond. The mission of the Sequoyah Elementary Foundation “ is to support a complete academic environment within which Sequoyah School’s student will receive a high quality education exemplified by academic achievement and excellence.” The PTA, as well, seeks to come alongside the staff at Sequoyah to insure they have all the resources and support they need to provide our children with a quality education.
The results included an overwhelming positive support of our current Technology and Science Lab Programs by staff and parents. Many additional ideas were submitted for possible fundraising and educational improvements along with what we consider contributes to a high quality education.
